Feedback …….Just giving feedback on the 5 puck sprung hub cerametallic clutch you supplied last year and I fitted 2 months ago. It’s great – the car is my daily driver and occasional track days. It NEVER slips now that it’s bedded (few hundred miles) and using it in traffic is smooth enough for me – not as forgiving as stock obviously but never harsh either. Very happy indeed as the stock clutch was slipping under load and I like the “bite ” of the new one. Car is a 1750 kg 2002 Volvo V70 T5 running ~ 370lbft and a 7500 rev limit. Many thanks, Huw.

This week has been our busiest ever on our driveplate reline and rebuild service, as you can see from the picture the quality of our workmanship
A typical Paddle Drive Plate reline costs £65-£90 a saving of 50% on the cost of a new plate .
We also reline Kevlar and Organic drive plates from £20.00
And sell all clutch components ,release bearings, clutch kits concentric slaves etc
As many of you are getting ready for this season`s racing it seems that the clutch is an after thought, thats why our same day turnaround and overnight courier service is so popular.

Hi Linda , just a note to tell you how i got on, when I saw you at york I was not racing as I was saving my car for the first round of the BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIP down in TENBY the weekend after.
There was just under 600 cars racing there, I got into the final and FINISHED 4th , I was happy with that, and of course your CG.MOTORSPORT PADDLE clutch was mint. hope to see you at a track again soon,

The CG.MOTORSPORT Team visited the York Autograss meeting last weekend to show our support, and technical back up for the many cars that run our Autograss clutches, each competitior has their own driving techniques,
so we build a selection of clutch drive plates to suit driver needs. Our drive plates range from heavy duty organic, kevlartek and four five or six paddle cerametalic plates,
The paddle drive plate is the favorite as it gives you that extra second head start over an organic (When you release your clutch there is an instant bite, instant take off) first off the line.

Today we built a custom paddle clutch kit for a SKODA OCTAVIA VRS 2.0 170Bhp, We like challenges and as the customer had the car on the ramps with the gearbox out, it was up to us to design and build a competition clutch kit within 4 hours and as usual our boys did just that, the end result one very happy customer.
