This kit includes a clutch which comes in a full face style.
This is perfect for daily driving, however as we pre-machine a heavy duty clutch cover to the flywheel huge gains in torque acceptance can be made through the transmission whilst a natural drive feel is maintained.

Where applicable we have 'dished' the flywheel so it can take the cage of our sprung drive plate. Ensuring the dampening effect of the standard Dual Mass Flywheel can be transferred to the sprung drive plate found in CG Motorsports full face kits.
As the 666 Series Clutch kit comes with a SMF there is a chance you may experience some harmonically transmitted noises when installing this kit. This type of noise is normal and acceptable but will vary from vehicle to vehicle. Most of these noises are covered up by the dual mass flywheel and are extremely difficult to hide when running a single mass. These noises do not in anyway affect the performance of the flywheel.

Please Note - These kits do not include a Concentric Slave Cylinder or flywheel bolts.
CG Motorsport recommends a new slave cylinder is sourced where possible and original flywheel bolts are recycled to be used with this kit.
A 500 mile break in is required with this clutch.
Avant tout j'ai penser que c'été une erreur le disque non amortie sur un volant simple masse. Puis j'ai fini par l 'installer, c'est difficile pendant le rodage la pédale es très dur à partir de 600 km sa ne pause plus de problème. Un peux plus dur que l'origine. Les changement de vitesse son plus rapide car le délais réponse et plus cour sans amortissement.. Après beaucoup d'étonnement je recommande vivement ce kit pour ce qui veule améliorée leur civic ;) au ralentis une vrai tondeuse ahahahah
I bought one of the 666 clutch kits for my remapped Civic 2.2 Type S (172bhp). I am very happy with the kit. I had my local Honda dealer fit it. The engine on idle is a bit noisier, sounds more like and old school diesel now, but once a gear is selected there is no additional noise. The clutch peddle is heavier but acceptable. The feel of it in gear changes and acceleration is great and my fuel economy has only decreased by 1-2mpg since installation, so not much difference as I still get 50mpg. I would highly recommend this kit for anyone looking improve an FN civic 2.2.

I write my opinion for those who consider dual friction kit clutch. I use it in my Leon Cupra R MK1 (BAM) and performance is awesome. Really light shifter pedal, great in daily use, and when need fast shifting, paddles work GREAT, with capital G. Also power increase via 40% is tested. I tested till 360bhp and zero issues. Overall 10/10! Good job, and buy a beer for the guy who invented dual friction clutch.
